Product Description

An original WW2 .455 Webley inert cartridge featuring the K41 headstamp, identifying wartime production by the famous British ammunition manufacturer Kynoch in 1941.

The .455 Webley cartridge is one of the most iconic British military revolver calibres ever produced, closely associated with legendary service revolvers such as the Webley Mk VI and Colt New Service. The calibre saw extensive military service throughout the First World War and continued in use during the early years of the Second World War.

The K marking identifies manufacture by Kynoch, one of Britain’s best-known military and sporting ammunition manufacturers. Dated 1941, this cartridge represents wartime British revolver ammunition production during the height of WW2.

This example retains authentic military appearance with clear headstamp markings and attractive age-related patina, making it an excellent collectible for enthusiasts of WW2 British militaria, military revolvers, or historic handgun ammunition.

Wartime .455 cartridges are increasingly sought after due to their connection with British officers, Home Guard service, and Commonwealth military forces during the war.

A superb addition to any inert ammunition collection or historical display.
