Product Description
Original British Army 1937 Pattern webbing bayonet frog, designed for use with the standard Pattern 1907 bayonet and other service bayonets during the Second World War. Constructed from durable khaki cotton webbing, the frog features reinforced stitching and riveted construction for secure attachment to the 1937 Pattern webbing belt. It was an essential component of the infantryman’s field equipment, allowing the bayonet to be carried safely and ready for immediate use. Many examples are maker marked and wartime dated, adding to their historical interest. A genuine and increasingly collectible piece of WW2 British military webbing, ideal for collectors, reenactors, or display alongside period bayonets.
