Product Description
During World War II, the British 2-pounder (2Pdr) anti-tank gun used a specific type of ammunition, which included a distinctive shell case. The 2Pdr shell case was made of brass and measured approximately 3.3 inches (84mm) in diameter and around 11.5 inches (292mm) in length. These shell cases were designed to house the projectile, propellant, and primer necessary for firing the 2Pdr anti-tank gun. The base of the shell case was stamped with markings indicating the caliber, manufacturing information, and the date of production.
