Warren Fisher: Treasury Note, 1 Pound, (1923), W1/59/94162, (Duggleby; T34), GF. was a banknote issued by the British Treasury in the 1920s. Obverse - Brown and green. Portrait of King George V at right, St. George and Dragon at left. Reverse - The Palace of Westminster, housing the House of Commons and the House of Lords of the UK Government.

Date first issued: 22 January 1917.

Date ceased to be legal tender: 1 August 1933.

Printed by Waterlow Bros and Layton on banknote paper.
