Original Second World War German 9×19mm Parabellum cartridge, manufactured in 1944 by Rheinisch-Westfälische Sprengstoff AG (RWS), Nürnberg-Stadeln, Germany.

This genuine wartime example bears the dnf St+ 9 44 headstamp, identifying RWS production during the final full year of the Second World War.

The cartridge features an original copper-coloured jacketed projectile and a lacquered steel cartridge case, introduced to conserve strategic brass supplies during wartime production.
