Original British Army Airborne Bush Shirt manufactured by Vale Textile Products Ltd and dated 1954.
This genuine post-war British military shirt retains its original embroidered Pegasus Airborne Formation Sign, one of the most iconic insignia associated with Britain's airborne forces.
Produced in heavy khaki cotton drill, the shirt features twin buttoned chest pockets, shoulder epaulettes and original period buttons throughout. The manufacturer's label remains present showing Vale Textile Products Ltd, Size 4, 1954.
The Pegasus formation sign remains attached to the sleeve, making this an attractive example for collectors of British Airborne, Parachute Regiment and post-war British military uniforms.
A desirable Cold War era airborne uniform item that displays well and would complement any British Airborne collection.
