Product Description
Original 1888-dated German 11mm Mauser M1871 rifle cartridge, dating from the late 19th century and associated with the German Imperial Army.
This antique cartridge is believed to be an example of the 11.15×60mmR Mauser cartridge, originally introduced in 1871 for the Mauser Model 1871 single-shot military rifle.
The cartridge was designed for black-powder ammunition and remained in use during the late 19th century, including with the Mauser M1871/84 repeating rifle.
