Product Description

This Original 1943 inert .303 British round features the distinctive “Q” inspection headstamp used by the Ministry of Supply Factory at Radway Green during WWII. Professionally deactivated with no live primer or propellant, it is completely safe for handling and display. The round retains its wartime brass case and full metal jacket projectile, showing light patina appropriate for its 1943 manufacture. Ammunition of this type was issued for use in the Lee–Enfield No.1 MkIII and No.4 rifles, making it an ideal addition to any WWII ordnance collection, museum exhibit, or Lee–Enfield display. A superb mid-war example from an important British ammunition plant.
