Product Description

An original INERT 7.62 NATO round, manufactured at RG Radway Green and dated 1988. This example is completely inert and safe, produced specifically for drill, instructional, or display purposes. As expected for inert ammunition, it contains no live primer or propellant, making it suitable for collection, educational use, or display alongside Cold War–era British military equipment.

Radway Green was the principal British government ammunition factory during the post-war period, supplying the British Armed Forces and NATO allies. The 7.62 NATO calibre was standard issue with weapons such as the L1A1 SLR and general-purpose machine guns, making this an excellent representative piece of British service ammunition from the Cold War era.

This round retains clear headstamp markings identifying calibre, manufacturer, and date, and remains in very good condition with only minor handling wear. Ideal for militaria collectors, weapons historians, re-enactors, or as a safe display item, this inert round offers an authentic connection to British military history without any licensing requirements.
