Product Description

The Trumpeter 05334 is a 1/350 scale plastic model kit of the Royal Navy light cruiser HMS Belfast as she appeared in 1942 during World War II. The kit contains over 470 parts on 19 sprues, as well as photo-etched parts and decals.

The finished model measures approximately 574 mm long and 67 mm wide. The kit includes detailed parts for the ship's superstructure, weapons, and other features, as well as a display stand and nameplate. The photo-etched parts add extra detail to the model, including railings and ladders.

HMS Belfast was a Town-class light cruiser that served in the Royal Navy from 1939 to 1963. During World War II, she saw action in the Arctic Convoys, the Battle of the North Cape, and the D-Day landings. After the war, she served in the Far East and was eventually decommissioned and preserved as a museum ship in London, where she can still be visited today.

The Trumpeter 05334 model kit is a highly detailed and accurate representation of this important historical vessel, and it is popular among model builders and collectors. It requires some skill and patience to assemble, but the finished model is a rewarding and impressive display piece.
