Product Description

The British WW1 1907 Model SMLE Bayonet was a standard issue bayonet for the British Army during World War I. The Short Magazine Lee-Enfield (SMLE) was the primary infantry rifle used by the British Army during the war, and the 1907 Model bayonet was designed specifically for this rifle.

The 1907 Model SMLE Bayonet had a 17-inch blade and an overall length of 21.75 inches. It was designed with a blade that was strong enough to be used as a fighting knife, as well as a useful tool for cutting wire and other obstacles encountered on the battlefield.

During World War I, the 1907 Model SMLE Bayonet saw widespread use by British soldiers, and it became an iconic symbol of the conflict.
